Middlesex were given the opportunity to join 12-Counties Team competition in Corby between September 2019 and September 2020 (after COVID delayed the 14U being played).

This competitions provided 3-4 Boys and 3-4 Girls in each age groups between 10U -18U the opportunity to compete in a singles competition v Hertfordshire, Essex and Buckinghamshire throughout the winter. And provided more players with a chance to play for and represent the county over the course of the year as well as helping with selection processes for County Cup Teams.

Middlesex battled strongly throughout the winter, Winning both 10U Boys and 10U Girls competitions and second in 12U Girls, 14U Girls, 16U Girls and 18U Boys.

After the 18s in February, there was a close call in-between Hertfordshire on 23 points, Middlesex on 22 points and Essex on 21 points. Heading into the 14U in September - there was all to play for from these three teams.

The day started off with mixed fortunes as the girls quickly saw off Essex 3-0, however the boys battled to a 0-3 loss despite 2-very close Match Tie breaks 8-10 and 7-10.

Hertfordshire were too strong with both boys and girls losing 1-2 and both teams ended the day beating Buckinghamshire to come 2nd (Girls) and 3rd (Boys) respectively.

Hertfordshire won the title by adding the girls 14U title to make it 5 wins across the age group. Essex Boys won the 14U title which meant they caught up with Middlesex on points - 28.

This meant it came down to Number of Title Wins and Essex won 3, Middlesex won 2.
